Connect Your Store

LABL integrates with 17+ e-commerce platforms to automatically import orders and sync tracking information back to your store. The connection process is similar across all platforms — select your store, authorize access, and you're ready to ship.

Before you begin: You need admin access to both your LABL account and your e-commerce store. Some platforms (like WooCommerce) require API keys that only admins can generate.

General Connection Steps

These steps apply to most platforms. Platform-specific details are in the tabs below.

Open Settings
From your LABL dashboard, click Settings in the left navigation menu.
Go to Stores
Under the Marketplace section, select Stores.
Connect a New Store
Click "Connect A New Store" to see the full list of available integrations.
Select Your Platform
Click the logo of your e-commerce platform and follow the authorization prompts.
Authorize & Confirm
Complete the OAuth flow or enter your API credentials. You'll see a success confirmation when connected.

Platform-Specific Instructions

Connecting Shopify

Shopify uses the Shopify App Store for the smoothest connection.

  1. In the store connection list, click the Shopify logo.
  2. Click "Install LABL from the Shopify App Store" — you'll be redirected to Shopify.
  3. Log into your Shopify admin and enter your store URL if prompted.
  4. Click "Add App" to authorize LABL, then "Continue to Dashboard".
  5. Your Shopify store will now appear on your LABL dashboard and in Settings → Stores.
Recommended: If orders didn't import after connecting, reset the import date and manually refresh to pull in missing orders.

Connecting WooCommerce

WooCommerce requires API keys for authentication. Compatible with WooCommerce 5.x–8.x and WordPress 5.9+.

  1. Click the WooCommerce logo in the connection list.
  2. Enter your Store Name, Store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret.
  3. Click "Connect Store Now".

How to Generate WooCommerce API Keys

  1. Log into your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
  2. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
  3. Click "Add Key".
  4. Set Description to LABL Integration, User to an Admin, Permissions to Read/Write.
  5. Click "Generate API Key" and copy both keys into LABL.
Watch out: The Consumer Secret is only shown once. Copy it immediately — you cannot retrieve it later.

Connecting Amazon

Amazon uses OAuth authorization. You'll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to grant access.

  1. Click the Amazon logo in the connection list.
  2. You'll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central.
  3. Log in and click "Authorize" to grant LABL access.
  4. Return to LABL to confirm the connection.

Connecting eBay

eBay uses a permission request flow through eBay's authorization page.

  1. Click the eBay icon in the connection list.
  2. Click "Request Permission" to open eBay's authorization page.
  3. Log in to your eBay seller account.
  4. Click "Agree" to connect your store to LABL.

Connecting Walmart

  1. Click the Walmart logo in the connection list.
  2. Follow the Walmart Marketplace authorization prompts.
  3. Log in and grant LABL permission to access your seller account.
  4. Return to LABL to confirm the connection.

Connecting Etsy

  1. Click the Etsy logo in the connection list.
  2. Log into your Etsy seller account when prompted.
  3. Grant LABL the requested permissions.
  4. You'll be redirected back to LABL with a success confirmation.
