Setting Up Your Branded Tracking Page in LABL

Step-by-step guidance from LABL Help Center.

What you'll need: Your brand logo (PNG or JPG), brand hex color codes, and any custom messaging you'd like to include on the tracking page and emails.

LABL's Branded Tracking Page replaces generic carrier tracking with a fully customized experience — your logo, your colors, your messaging. Customers stay in your brand ecosystem from purchase through delivery.

Part 1: Tracking Page Setup

Enable Branded Tracking
Go to Settings → Branded Tracking. Toggle "Enable Branded Tracking" to ON.

When enabled, customers see your custom tracking page. When disabled, your settings are saved but customers see the default tracking view.
Upload Your Logo
Upload your brand logo. This appears at the top of the tracking page.
Customize Page Title
Set a custom headline customers see when checking their order status.

Example: "Oh Package, Where Art Thou?" or "Track Your Order"
Set Brand Colors
Configure:
  • Page Title Color — Default: #231F20
  • Progress Bar Color — Default: #000000
Preview & Save
Click "Preview" to see the customer view, then "Save".

Part 2: Email Notification Setup

Enable Email Notifications
Toggle email notifications ON. Customers receive branded emails at key milestones: shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.
Choose a Template
  • Template 1 — Clean, minimal design
  • Template 2 — More detailed with additional branding elements
Customize Email Branding
Configure:
  • Logo — Can differ from tracking page logo
  • Header Text Color — Default: #000000
  • Subheader Background — Default: #000000
  • Subheader Text Color — Default: #ffffff
Write Custom Body Content
Add a personalized message for tracking emails.

Example: "Your package has shipped — it's on a divine mission to bless your doorstep!"
